Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical support to the team, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
  • Transcribe meeting minutes and other important information accurately
  • Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Scheduling appointment times with clients and salespeople
  • Assist with managing office supplies and inventory
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Utilize computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Assemble weekly and monthly reports
  • Perform general tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience working at a front desk or in a customer service role is preferred
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus

Outside Sales Representative

Duties:

  • Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities
  • Maintain your appointment calendar to ensure punctuality
  • Manage time thoughtfully to complete estimates and tasks on time
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Provide technical sales support and product knowledge to customers
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify sales opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Manage accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales effort

Skills:

  • Knowledge of waterproofing systems
  • Ability to diagnose problem areas of water intrusion & create tailored solutions
  • Proven experience in outside sales or related field
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent account management skills
  • Proficient in sales techniques, including negotiation and closing deals
  • Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal communication) Recommended not required

Waterproofing Crew Lead (Bi-Lingual)

As a Waterproofing and Foundation Crew Leader, you will play a vital role in diagnosing and resolving waterproofing and foundation issues in buildings. You will lead a waterproofing crew to identify the root causes of problems, complete effective solutions, and ensure the structural integrity and safety of properties. Your expertise will be instrumental in the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive onsite inspections to assess waterproofing and foundation problems.
  • Coaches and train crew members on proper handling of materials/tools, as well as approved methods of installation of waterproofing and foundation repair.
  • Identify and document the causes of moisture intrusion, foundation settling, and structural damage.
  • Extensive knowledge of waterproofing and foundation repair
  • Recommend and implement appropriate waterproofing and foundation repair solutions.
  • Adjusts for conditions, makes minor changes from original job order, troubleshoots situations, innovates process on the spot, to complete the job in a manner that meets company standards and timetables
  • Delivers 5-star customer service experiences in all interactions with our customers.
  • Utilize specialized tools and equipment for diagnostic and repair purposes.
  • Ensure the quality and completeness of all waterproofing and foundation work.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Communicates with Project Manager regarding details of the job. Escalate concerns & issues appropriately.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications are a plus).
  • Proven experience in waterproofing and foundation diagnostics and repair, preferably in residential and commercial settings.
  • Strong knowledge of waterproofing materials, foundation systems, and repair techniques.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to work in various conditions, including being able to consistently lift 75lbs and work in confined spaces and elevated areas.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Safety-conscious mindset with a commitment to following all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Extensive knowledge of concrete mixing and finishing techniques
  • Must be able to speak and write fluently in both English and Spanish
